Calibration and Repair Process

  • Calibration service includes 12 months parts/ labor warranty (the warranty periods begins at the time of each calibration).
  • Any equipment received past the calibration due date may be subject to additional repair charges if needed.
  • ATSI does not recommend shipping any devices in portable carrying cases. Please save and return your items in the original packing material.
  • Calibration Services can be purchased directly from ATSI or from your local distributor.

  • If your tester requires calibration, it will have a sticker on the front of the unit with the expiration date.
  • Calibration includes a warranty for one year from the calibration date.
  • Testers should be calibrated yearly.
  • You will need to ship the tester to our facility.
  • A method of payment will need to be established before work can begin.
  • To start the calibration process, you will need:

  • New products include a warranty for one year from the purchase date.
  • To determine if a repair falls under warranty, and if there will be repair costs, ATSI will need to evaluate the unit in our shop.
  • To start the repair process, you will need:
    • Tester Serial Number (s) S/N Location?
    • Payment Information
    • Return Shipping Address
  • Do not ship your tester in a carrying case.
    • Remove the tester and use the box and custom foam in which the tester was last received.
  • If you do not have the original packaging;
    • Package your tester with at least two inches of packaging material on all sides.
    • If you do not have the original packaging, there will be a charge for replacement foam.
  • Please include all of your monitor cables, if possible.
