- If your tester requires calibration, it will have a sticker on the front of the unit with the expiration date.
- Calibration includes a warranty for one year from the calibration date.
- Testers should be calibrated yearly.
- You will need to ship the tester to our facility.
- A method of payment will need to be established before work can begin.
- To start the calibration process, you will need:

- Before you send your tester to ATSI, contact our technical support.

- New products include a warranty for one year from the purchase date.
- To determine if a repair falls under warranty, and if there will be repair costs, ATSI will need to evaluate the unit in our shop.
- To start the repair process, you will need:
- Tester Serial Number (s) S/N Location?
- Payment Information
- Return Shipping Address
- Do not ship your tester in a carrying case.
- Remove the tester and use the box and custom foam in which the tester was last received.
- If you do not have the original packaging;
- Package your tester with at least two inches of packaging material on all sides.
- If you do not have the original packaging, there will be a charge for replacement foam.
- Please include all of your monitor cables, if possible.
