How do I get my tester calibrated?
• You will need to fill out the Service Request Form.
• You can purchase the calibration via credit card after filling out the
Service Request Form.
• If you want pay via PO, please note the PO number on the Service
Request Form.
Where do I ship my tester for calibration and/or repair?
• ATSI, 8157 US Highway 50, Athens, OH 45701
• You will need to fill out the Service Request Form.
• We will need to evaluate your tester in our shop to determine repair
costs.
Where do I find my tester's serial number?
• Testers have a silver label on the back where the barcode will be listed.
• Most serial numbers will follow the format of (model)-(four digits) Ex: "8800-1234".
How do I know what model of PCMT I have?
• Testers with a serial number that starts with "8800-" is a PCMT 8800
model. The front panel of this tester is dark gray.
• Testers with a serial number that starts with "8000-" is a PCMT 8000
model.
• Testers with a serial number that starts with "2600-" is a PCMT 2600
model.
• Testers with a serial number that starts with "PP", "pp", "2500-" or
"2501-" is a PCMT 2000 or PCMT 2500 model.
• Testers with a serial number that starts with "TD", "TH" or "HA" is a
NCMT 500 or DCMT 700 model
Why should I get my tester calibrated?
Do you offer training?
• Currently, we offer training for the PCMT 8000 and PCMT 8800
Conflict Monitor Testers and for ATC Cabinet testers.
• The training is broken down into multiple videos and can be watched
by anyone at anytime, at no charge.
• If you want to take a test to get a certificate and get Continuing
Education Credits for the IMSA, you will need to purchase a training
code.

How can I justify the cost of a tester?
