The Virtual Cabinet

The Virtual Cabinet is a complete diagnostic and testing toolkit for all devices that communicate on the SDLC bus in the ATC or TS2 Cabinets. The Virtual Cabinet connects to a Windows based computer with a USB connection. By using an intuitive graphical software interface, The Virtual Cabinet can be configured to emulate a cabinet controller or the cabinet SIU/BIU devices.

The Virtual Cabinet can operate in four different modes:
1) TS2 Cabinet Emulator: Connects to SDLC Port 1 of a NEMA TS2 standard controller unit. The Virtual Cabinet emulates the remaining cabinet components.

2) ATC Cabinet Emulator: Connects to SDLC Port C12S (SB#1) of an ATC 5301 standard controller unit. The Virtual Cabinet emulates the remaining cabinet components.

3) TS2 Controller Emulator: Connects to SDLC Port 1 of a BIU type device. The Virtual Cabinet emulates the controller.

4) ATC Controller Emulator: Connects to SDLC SB#1 of an SIU type device. The Virtual Cabinet emulates the controller.

Choose from included graphical intersection layouts, construct your own intersection or import a satellite/aerial view image and add signals. Add loops, calls, and train tracks with preempt and activate them to verify the sequence. Intersection layouts can be saved to recall later as needed.
